No. Your clients do not need to do anything. Carl works entirely on your side as part of your daily organization — they have no account to create, app to download, or password to remember.

Yes, with Google Calendar. Your appointments appear in Carl, and sessions you create in Carl are added to your calendar, so you can keep using the calendar you already know.

No. Carl never replaces your clinical expertise or makes judgments about your clients or sessions. Its role is limited to helping you organize and prepare your work — clinical assessment and interpretation remain entirely your responsibility.

Carl is all-in-one software: dictated reports, client records, scheduling and online booking, video sessions, invoicing, and accounting, all in one subscription. Yes, without any manual work on your side. Your invoices are converted to the required format and sent automatically through Super PDP, an approved platform registered by the French tax authority. Two dates matter: since September 1, 2026, every business must be able to receive an electronic invoice; from September 1, 2027, self-employed professionals and very small businesses must also issue them.
